What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of overall experience in the game design area, At least 1 released project, Understanding of different game genre mechanics, core gameplay and metagame, Knowledge of monetization principles in free to play games, Knowledge and deep analysis of trending games on mobile and PC, Good writing skills and ability to describe thoughts in a structured but simple manner, Practical, hands-on experience building game economies, monetization models, and balancing formulas for F2P or RPG frameworks, mathematical application skills — comfortable running simulations and organizing logic tables, Passion for making and playing games, B2 English or higher
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of programming/scripting in any language (C#, Java, JS, Ruby, etc. ), Practical experience with Unity and/or UE4, Experience in level design, Copywriting skills, Experience in creating games for mobile platforms, Project management skills
