Full Job Description

## Description Expansive Worlds is currently hiring a Senior Game Designer to join our Call of the Wild development team. As a Senior Game Designer, it is your job to build a thorough understanding of our current core gameplay and progression systems, reference system models in other games, and work to propose meaningful changes and upgrades that deepen theHunter's core gameplay and progression systems.  ## What you'll do Collaborate closely with your fellow designers, artists, animators, programmers, audio designers and the QA team to map out and deliver your ideas from conception to final release. Connect with our player community and identify new trends that will be key to coming up with new ideas for the existing game, as well as push it into new territory. Own feature design from idea to release Iterate and change gameplay based on feedback from the player community ## Who you are Strong understanding of systems design, progression, and economy Experience working on an Open World game Proven ability to contribute to releasable gameplay in a production environment Experience and confidence in presenting new ideas Proven ability to create viable design solutions on paper Experience with shooters or ballistic systems design would be beneficial ## Additional Information Note: Research shows under-represented groups in the industry might not apply to a job if they don’t check off every requirement.
