Must Have
track record in proactive sales, network and experience with SMEs across the Bulgarian market, Financial Services experience, first-class communication skills, demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people, skilled negotiator, build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers, Speak fluent Bulgarian & English
Nice to Have
experience with import lending, export lending, international payments and collections, cash management is a big plus
