Must Have
3+ years of experience with Fund Accountant position, understanding of venture capital/private equity structures and operations, Proficiency in US GAAP, Exceptional attention to detail, process driven, highly organized, High proficiency with Excel, Experience working in a technology-driven organization, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Nice to Have
eye for process/product improvement, communication skills with a passion for client service and creating positive customer experiences
What You'll Do.
Manage post-closing events for Sydecar’s SPV and Fund+ products including transfers of interest
Serve as an escalation contact for other members of the Customer Experience team as they encounter complex investment structures
Provide exceptional customer service as you lead onboarding calls with newly-signed fund customers
and manage the relationship on an ongoing basis
Assist with quarterly management fee payments and prepare financial reporting packages for fund clients and investors
Ensure standardization across the team by developing thoughtful
repeatable standard operating procedures
Prepare and review distribution calculations
Set up and review payments to companies and investors
