## Accountabilities Lead the design and delivery of complex fullstack features and systems across the GRC product area, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability in a fast-growing environment. Define and influence technical direction for key product and infrastructure domains, helping establish scalable architectures and engineering best practices. Build and maintain high-quality applications using modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Node.js across frontend and backend systems. Drive execution of cross-functional, multi-stakeholder engineering initiatives with significant customer and business impact. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate customer needs into robust, production-ready solutions. Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing, contributing to a strong engineering culture. Requirements: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in fullstack or backend-focused roles. Proven experience in technical leadership, including leading projects, driving architecture decisions, or mentoring engineers. Strong proficiency with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, and distributed systems design. Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or high-velocity product teams with a strong bias for action.
