This is a hands-on engineering role with growing technical leadership expectations. You will contribute directly to building systems while influencing how your team designs, develops, and delivers software. You will work closely with engineers, tech leads, and product teams to solve complex problems, improve development workflows, and ensure we maintain high engineering standards. _This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices.
