To achieve our mission, we also need to safeguard our platform against financial crime and ensure our customers’ money are safe. The Mitigation Handling Platform team plays a critical role in this by building tools that empower thousands of Wise Servicing agents from Singapore to Austin to effectively verify customers and mitigate risk securely. These tools function as an adaptable platform, allowing other Wise product teams to evolve them to their specific needs while providing a standardized solution for scalable operations. We are developing the infrastructure that provides teams at Wise with insights into their operational cost and bottlenecks on their operations processes. This empowers them to enhance the product, reducing Wise's cost for customers. What Does Our Team Look Like?
