What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, fullstack development expertise, Proficiency in React/TypeScript/JavaScript, experience building modern web applications (frontend and backend), Experience working with PostgreSQL, designing efficient data models, Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Experience with or interest in Claude Code (Anthropic) or AI-assisted development tools, problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
