In this role you're backend-leaning but comfortable across the stack, and you bring the kind of experience that raises the bar for everyone around you — through hands-on coding, opinionated reviews, and genuine investment in the growth of the engineers you work alongside. In this position you play a central role to keeping our team's velocity, code quality, and mentoring culture intact as we evolve our team structure.
