What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience developing software or digital products, Solid experience developing backend with Node.js, Solid experience in modern frontend with React, Experience building fullstack applications in production, Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and external services, Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, Experience developing products, internal tools, or operational workflows, Ability to work with autonomy and ambiguous requirements, Product-oriented mindset, ownership, and problem-solving, Experience building solutions where AI is a central part of the system, Practical experience building intelligent workflows using generative AI, Practical experience with document processing or automatic classification, Practical experience with context generation and automation of operational decisions, Practical experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other models into real products, Practical experience with RAG architectures and managing embeddings, Practical experience with automation of operational processes using AI, Practical experience handling validations, errors, or ambiguous flows within AI-based systems
Nice to Have
Python, Docker and CI/CD, AWS, Azure, or GCP, Microservices architecture, Asynchronous processing and distributed systems, Automation or low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.), Experience in SaaS products or operational platforms, Experience building real products from scratch, Experience transforming manual processes into digital tools, Ability to combine business + technology + execution, Pragmatic profile, delivery-oriented and continuous improvement, Technical judgment to decide when to use AI and when not to, Experience working on processes where traceability, context, and operation are important

### Senior Fullstack Engineer – Applied AI 📍 México | Híbrido CDMX (Polanco 2–3 días por semana) 🗣 English: Intermediate (technical reading & communication) ### Sobre el rol Buscamos un Senior Fullstack Engineer con experiencia construyendo productos y sistemas reales utilizando IA aplicada, no únicamente integrando APIs o desarrollando pruebas de concepto aisladas. El enfoque de esta posición está en diseñar y construir soluciones operativas inteligentes que ayuden a automatizar procesos complejos, procesamiento documental, validaciones, generación de contexto y workflows de negocio dentro de un entorno corporativo en evolución tecnológica constante. Trabajarás desarrollando herramientas y sistemas donde la IA forme parte de una solución funcional en producción, combinando backend, frontend, automatización, arquitectura moderna y criterio técnico para resolver problemas reales. Buscamos un perfil hands-on, con mentalidad builder, capaz de convertir requerimientos ambiguos en soluciones mantenibles, escalables y orientadas a operación. ### Responsabilidades * Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones y herramientas fullstack end-to-end. * Construir sistemas y workflows inteligentes utilizando IA aplicada. * Integrar modelos de IA generativa dentro de productos y flujos operativos reales. * Diseñar soluciones para automatización de procesos, procesamiento documental y generación de contexto. * Colaborar con equipos de producto, negocio y tecnología para aterrizar soluciones funcionales. * Rol de liderazgo que participará en decisiones técnicas relacionadas con arquitectura, integración, escalabilidad y performance. * Diseñar soluciones mantenibles con visión de adopción operativa y crecimiento. * Mejorar procesos existentes mediante automatización y tecnología. * Explorar nuevas herramientas y enfoques tecnológicos que ayuden a acelerar delivery y generación de valor. **Requirements** ### Requisitos ### Must Have * +5 años de experiencia desarrollando software o productos
