Responsibilities * Lead development efforts, contribute to discussions, and support decision-making * Mentor and support team members to help them grow * Build web applications with modern technologies * Understand business needs and turn them into effective technical solutions * Work closely with customers and teammates to stay aligned * Plan and implement development tasks based on designs and requirements * Make sure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations * Write unit and end-to-end tests, and take part in developer testing * Find and fix bugs to keep quality high ## Qualifications Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Python application development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) * Full-stack development experience, with a stronger focus on backend and expected frontend exposure * Advanced English skills (both written and spoken) * Experience with Data+AI centered apps like ML/GenAI/LLM-based applications or dashboard development * Experience with ORM libraries like SQLAlchemy and relational databases * Experience with Vector Databases * Familiarity with basic DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, IaC etc.) * Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) for web app hosting and storage * Hands-on experience with unit and end-to-end testing Personal traits * Strong problem-solving skills, always looking for solutions proactively * Customer-focused mindset, understanding their needs and expectations * Comfortable working independently and taking ownership * Detail-oriented with a structured, quality-driven approach * A true team player with a positive, friendly attitude * Agile mindset, eager to learn and explore new technologies Nice to have * Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions using RAG + tool calls + reasoning layers * Experience with Databricks (Apps, Lakeflow J
