What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in web application development, with exposure to both frontend and backend, experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Angular or React, Python development experience for building and maintaining backend services, Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component-based design, Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs or similar backend services, Experience with relational databases and ORMs (e.g. SQLAlchemy or equivalents), Familiarity with basic DevOps practices and tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps), Experience deploying and running web applications in cloud environments, Hands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
full-stack profile with frontend as a primary strength, Experience with additional frontend technologies or frameworks, Exposure to other backend ecosystems (Node. js, Java, etc.), Understanding of reactive programming concepts, Interest or experience in ML- or LLM-powered applications, User-level familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
