What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies, Familiar with the Agile development methodologies, Hands-on experience in leading test teams and managing sprint-based manual and automation testing tasks, Able to perform tasks under high pressure, At least an intermediate skill level of English, Good domain knowledge of software development process, especially the software testing process, experiences in manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.), experience in testing for UI and API, in coding with C#/Java/Javascript, or other programming languages, Experience in Automation testing using frameworks such as Selenium/Katalon/Playwright, etc., Experience with BDD frameworks (e. g. , Cucumber, Spec Flow) to drive collaborative test case design and automation., Experience in CI/CD (Apache Airflow, GitLab, GitHub Action, JenKins, etc.), Experience in using tools: Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, etc.
Nice to Have
Experience in Performance testing, Knowledge about Design Patterns, Proficient daily use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) across the full SDLC, Able to decompose complex tasks, provide effective context, and apply chain-of-thought and multi-step prompting workflows, Experience with agentic workflows and AI-driven development frameworks, Hands-on experience integrating AI tools with other systems via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent, Awareness of emerging AI tools and willingness to evaluate and adopt new capabilities
