About This Role: We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer for our MarTech Team to build scalable, high-performance solutions (70-80% focus on backend, 30-20% frontend). You'll lead development across various projects, simplify complex technical challenges, and drive innovation within our agile, outcome-focused teams. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile DevOps environment with a strong customer focus.
