What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of professional software development experience, ideally working across both backend and frontend systems, experience with PHP or another object-oriented language, Experience building modern user interfaces using React or a similar frontend framework, A solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, and software design best practices, Experience building, maintaining, and improving production systems that support complex business workflows, Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, Experience working with relational databases and designing data models that support operational workflows, problem-solving skills and the ability to break down ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions, A track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, A sense of ownership and accountability, especially when working on systems that are critical to business operations, A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience

This team builds and supports the internal systems that power the day-to-day operations of our business, including our Warehouse Management System, Payment Systems, ERP platform, inventory workflows, order fulfillment, and operational tooling.
