Our Dashboard is the nervous system that connects printers, customers, data, and teams. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help own and evolve this platform from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you’ll shape architecture, ship meaningful features, and help define best practices as we scale. The Job: Be a foundational engineer for the Dashboard and its backend infrastructure, influencing long-term technical direction. Design, build, and scale reliable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django at the core. Develop user-facing frontend features (React) and collaborate closely with Marketing and Design to deliver polished, intuitive experiences. Own projects end-to-end—from technical design and implementation to rollout and iteration. Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, and best practices across the team. Balance speed and quality with a pragmatic mindset, always optimizing for long-term maintainability. What you bring: A strong track record of building, shipping, and maintaining production web applications. Deep experience with Python/Django and modern frontend frameworks such as React. A primary-owner mentality: you take pride in your systems, sweat the details, and see projects through to completion. A high bar for code quality—clean, documented, testable, and readable.
