What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, 7+ years of experience writing and deploying software in production environments, Established background in researching and incorporating modern AI/ML tools, Demonstrated understanding of deploying web interfaces using React, Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Proficient in deployment services like git, Docker, or Kubernetes, project management skills capable of leading multiple priorities, Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and cross-team collaboration, with the ability to work with and communicate sophisticated systems to a multi user base, Experience mentoring software engineers, Deep passion for aerospace and Blue Origin’s mission

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are seeking a strong Senior Software Engineer to design and develop the technology stack for Operations. This role is on the Supply Chain & Operations Technology team, where our mission is to build scalable solutions that automate and simplify Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes. This ranges from procurement, material requirements planning (MRP), manufacturing scheduling, warehouse automation, and more.
