Must Have
5+ years experience building production web applications, Strong, hands-on experience with Next. js and React (mandatory), Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend architecture, Experience building and consuming REST APIs, Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server), Proven ability to own features end-to-end (UI → API → database), debugging and problem-solving skills across the full stack, Experience working in remote, autonomous environments, Comfortable using AI tools in your daily development workflow (not just experimenting)

WHERE YOU FIT IN | We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer who can own delivery end-to-end, from frontend to backend and operate effectively in an AI-native development environment. This is not a traditional developer role. At Whiteshield, we are building products and systems for governments and large institutions, where speed, ownership, and engineering judgment matter. Our workflows are evolving rapidly with AI - from development to QA and delivery and we need engineers who are already comfortable operating in this way.
