What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficiency in C#, ASP. NET,. NET Core and. NET framework., understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles., Experience with SQL database (e. g. , SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)., Experience with web development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and front-end frameworks ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript), Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities (designing, coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging…), Competent in software development processes and agile development practices, Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes., Knowledge of package management with npm, Familiarity with the tools: SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, and GitHub CodeQL, Recognized as a company-wide source of knowledge in software implementation, Has basic & discrete knowledge of software requirements and software testing, At least intermediate level of English level, Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban), Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance, Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Nice to Have
Experience in microservices and cloud environment (Azure/AWS/GCP) is s plus, Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. ) for research, debugging, and learning, Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar), Ability to write clear, contextual prompts to generate code snippets, unit tests, or documentation, Awareness of AI output limitations and responsible AI use (data privacy, handling of sensitive client data)
