Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. ## **YOUR CHALLENGE** * Take end-to-end ownership and responsibility to bring our wealth management applications to the next level and work closely with the Application Responsible (AR) and the Product Owner (PO) * Work together in a cross-functional team using agile methodologies as part of a DevOps-centric model * Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor your team's applications; participate in merge request reviews * Understand business needs by collaborating with colleagues from across different divisions of Julius Baer * Participate in planning and feature refinement sessions with your team * Collaborate with Solution Architects to design software solutions aligned with Julius Baer's overall architecture vision * Actively participate in our Software Engineering communities, sharing your knowledge and helping others * Deliver high-quality code, aligned with Julius Baer's guidelines and standards ## **YOUR PROFILE** * Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have proven relevant working experience * **Banking and Finance experience** , especially in Investment & Wealth Management of added value * Proven delivery experience in Software Engineering using industry standards, such as test-oriented development using **TDD and BDD** * Sound understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps, agile certificates are a plus * Understand **DevOps concepts** , including **Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)** , and the importance and value of automated testing * Sound understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps, agile certificates are a plus * Can-do attitude, are pragmatic, and open-minded with an entrepreneurial mindset * Willing to learn new ways of working and support Julius Bae
