ABOUT THE ROLE Join a fast-growing, seed-stage construction finance fintech platform trusted by top private lenders across the United States. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be a core contributor on a small, fully remote US-based engineering team, helping build and scale mission-critical platform capabilities as the company grows 3x year-over-year. You'll work alongside experienced peers supported by a founding team with deep expertise in construction, mobile, and IoT. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features spanning frontend and backend systems - Architect scalable web platform components capable of supporting rapid, sustained growth - Collaborate closely with a tight-knit engineering team and founding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment - Contribute to technical decision-making and help define engineering best practices - Deliver high-quality, maintainable code with strong written and async communication in a distributed team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 7–15 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capability (frontend + backend) - Proven experience building and scaling web platforms for high growth (e.g., 3x+ annual volume) - Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset — comfortable operating independently in a founding-team environment - Experience working in remote, distributed engineering teams with excellent written and verbal communication - Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship - Nice to have: Domain experience in construction finance, lending, or regulated financial services COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 USD annually - Fully remote position (US-based only) LOCATION Fully remote — open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
