What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years in software development, meaningful full stack experience, front-end skills in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, Back-end proficiency, Node.js, REST/GraphQL API design, Demonstrable experience using AI tools in your day-to-day development workflow, Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, design patterns, system design, Proven ability to perform and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, comfortable managing shifting priorities, tight timelines, and evolving requirements without compromising on quality
Nice to Have
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. ), building AI-powered features, Familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture, module federation, Exposure to Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, Experience with Jest or similar testing frameworks

About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thinks AI-first, builds with modern tooling, and brings strong React/TypeScript front-end instincts alongside solid back-end capability. ## What You’ll Own Design and build full stack features end-to-end, from React/TypeScript front ends to APIs and back-end services. Lead with an AI-first mindset — leveraging AI tooling (e.g. Claude, Cursor, LLM integrations) throughout the development lifecycle to improve speed, quality, and innovation. Write clean, efficient, reusable code with a strong focus on performance and user experience. Identify and drive improvements to development workflow, tooling, and processes — with an eye for where AI can accelerate delivery and quality.
