5-8+ years of full stack software engineering experience with PHP, Laravel, and Angular., experience with distributed systems and scalable backend architecture., Familiarity with AI tools/workflows to support development., Comfortable collaborating within agile teams and working in a high-autonomy environment., Experience working with a global team (you will work Polish hours for this role)., Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, precision, and ownership in a fast-paced environment., Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, multitask, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and wear multiple hats., Excited to work in a startup you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do.
Design and build scalable full-stack features using an API-driven architecture.
Develop and maintain distributed systems with a focus on availability
and maintainable code with a emphasis on long-term scalability.
Integrate AI into development workflows
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines
and deployment best practices.
