What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional software development experience, Deep expertise in at least one modern programming language, Working knowledge of frontend/backend frameworks, Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and principles, Experience with AI tools, frameworks, platforms, Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS services), Experience with containerization and orchestration, Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks, Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), Familiarity with data modelling, Fluency with XP practices, Working knowledge of security principles
