Let’s build what’s next, together. **What this role is all about** As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Infobip’s SaaS Base, you will work on large-scale customer engagement and automation platforms, including our AgentOS solution. These products power complex workflows, orchestration, and 2-way communication systems used across multiple communication channels globally. You will be part of small, initiative-based teams of 5–6 engineers within a larger organisation of 30 people tackling technically demanding problems around scalability, concurrency, and platform unification, with a strong focus on backend excellence and occasional contributions to the frontend when needed. **What you’ll do** * Design, build, and maintain complex backend services primarily using Java and the JVM ecosystem. * Work on distributed, multithreaded systems that support automation, orchestration, and 2-way communication platforms such as AgentOS. * Contribute to feature development and unification across multiple SaaS products, including Answers and Moments and AI Agents. * Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript * Collaborate closely within a small, cross-functional initiative team, participating in plannings, revie
