Every project we take on is driven by the shared goal of creating lasting impact for our customers and their businesses. **Role Summary** We are seeking an elite, high-velocity Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives on writing clean, high-performance code and wants to champion technical excellence across our development lifecycle. This is a hands-on technical role: you will remain in the codebase 70% of the time, driving rapid feature delivery using .NET 10 and Vue 2/3. The remaining 30% of your time will be spent mentoring team members, establishing engineering standards, and leveraging GitLab to optimize our CI/CD pipelines and code review workflows. There are no direct reports or administrative people-management duties. A key immediate initiative for this role will be helping architect and execute our frontend modernization: migrating legacy Vue 2 modules styling built on Bootstrap over to a modern Vue 3 architecture utilizing Tailwind CSS. This role will be operating on a hybrid schedule with one to two (1-2) telework days a week on-site out of San Antonio, TX (Ft. Sam Houston). Due to the nature of this role, it is not eligible for sponsorship.
