Must Have
Degree in Computer Science, Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience, 5+ years of front‑end/UI engineering or product UI development experience, expertise in React and/or Angular, Advanced HTML, CSS (Sass, CSS‑in‑JS), TypeScript/JavaScript, Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces, Experience implementing design systems and reusable component libraries, understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability, Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, Experience with cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design patterns, Experience with frontend testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright), Experience with CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc. ), Proficient with Git-based workflows, Experience working closely with designers, product owners, and backend teams, Experience in distributed teams, oral and written communication skills, Ability to provide technical leadership to your team, Collaborative in your approach

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to work on the delivery of strategic initiatives by the Workplace Investing (WI) group. You will support a team within Stock Plan Services (SPS), an emerging equity compensation services division of Fidelity Investments. You will work closely with the Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Technical Leads, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Architects to craft, build, test, and deliver the features that make up Fidelity’s Digital experiences.
