Location: Bolivia Mode: Remote. We at Coforge are hiring Senior Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript/Node.js/AWS) (#21561) with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS cloud services. Build and optimize RESTful and FHIR-based APIs, ensuring scalability, security, performance, versioning, and reliable authentication mechanisms. Collaborate across global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality. Contribute to system architecture, cloud infrastructure, database optimization, performance improvements, and engineering best practices for secure SaaS applications. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical software engineering experience. 5+ years of experience building end-to-end production-grade web applications in full-stack environments. Strong expertise in TypeScript, including generics, inference, type design, and Node.js backend development in production environments. Hands-on experience with modern React, including performance optimization and scalability best practices. Strong PostgreSQL experience including SQL development, query optimization, schema migrations, and database performance tuning. Practical experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/Aurora, S3, and CloudWatch. Experience designing scalable REST APIs and FHIR-based APIs, including resource modeling, authentication, idempotency, and versioning strategies. 2+ years of experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude or similar) as part of the software e
