Must Have
4+ years of experience in software engineering, with full stack development expertise, experience building modern web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript and front-end frameworks such as React, backend development experience using Python, Node. js, or similar technologies, Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with cloud-native services, Understanding of application architecture, service orchestration, and secure engineering patterns, Experience deploying and hosting applications in cloud environments such as GCP, Familiarity with authentication and enterprise access patterns such as SSO and role-based access control, Experience building user-facing products with attention to usability, clarity, and performance, Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with Data, AI, and DevOps disciplines, version control and software delivery practices using Git, communication skills and comfort engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with conversational interfaces, chatbot applications, or AI-powered products, Familiarity with Streamlit for rapid prototyping and React for production-grade user interface delivery, Experience integrating with Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM platforms, Exposure to event-driven or serverless architectures using services such as Cloud Run and Pub/Sub, Experience building visual analytics components with charts and interactive tables, Familiarity with testing strategies for AI-enabled products, including black-box and regression testing

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with AI Engineers on prompt-driven workflows, fallback logic, guardrails, and agent-based interactions; Work with Data Engineers to integrate structured datasets and semantic layers into the user experience; Support usability improvements through pilot feedback, user acceptance testing, and iterative product refinement; Contribute to architectural decisions in collaboration with client platform teams and enterprise stakeholders; Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with Data, AI, and DevOps disciplines
