We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining customer CRM integrations. In this role, you will support customers' existing codebase, resolve bugs, and implement new features to ensure compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs. Responsibilities: * Contribute as a member of an agile team delivering a scalable, highly available global voice platform * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers * Apply performance, scalability, and reliability best practices throughout the software development lifecycle * Troubleshoot, maintain, and support the production environment in line with DevOps principles * Design, develop, debug, and implement software solutions using JavaScript, Java, Spring, and related technologies * Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and functional test coverage * Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders ## Qualifications * 6+ years of industry experience in frontend development (JavaScript
