What They're Looking For.
Must Have
full-stack engineering experience using modern frontend and backend frameworks, Experience with Python, Node. js, or Java, Experience building REST APIs, workflow services, and production-grade web applications, Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agent or tool-calling patterns, Familiarity with authentication, RBAC, logging, and secure coding practices, Experience integrating enterprise platforms and workflow automation solutions, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and software engineering capabilities
Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or telephony and chat integrations, Experience building internal enterprise support tools, Experience working within enterprise or regulated technology environments
What You'll Do.
Design and build user-facing applications for employees
and API layers supporting chat

Build LLM and agent-based workflows to automate repetitive IT helpdesk activities including password resets
