ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced logistics and operations professional to join our Mumbai team. You will play a key role in Nivoda's India fulfillment operations — managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring our stock of diamonds and gemstones is handled with the highest standards of accuracy, security, and efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage inbound and outbound shipments to and from India, including documentation, carrier coordination, and exception handling. - Coordinate with suppliers across Mumbai and Surat for timely drop-offs and collections. - Own end-to-end fulfilment for Nivoda Express — managing the full order lifecycle from QC to final dispatch & returns. - Take complete ownership of Nivoda's physical stock of diamonds and gemstones, including inventory audits and reconciliations. - Handle returns, damaged goods, and shipment exceptions with precision and proper documentation. - Generate monthly and quarterly operational reports covering shipment volumes, collection performance, and carrier KPIs. - Own the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SOPs across the fulfilment function — ensuring processes are clear, current, and consistently followed. - Contribute to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), identify operational gaps, and lead process improvement initiatives that raise the bar for efficiency and accuracy across the fulfilment team.
