What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience with one or more of the following within the Manufacturing Operations function (Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality or IT), 5+ years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees, 5+ years of experience leading or managing cross-functional teams, Willingness and ability to support all shifts as needed

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree (or higher), 5+ years of experience using lean principles, 5+ years of experience in Inventory Management / Inventory Management Methodologies, 5+ years of experience with Boeing Problem Solving Methodologies (or similar industry best practices), 5+ years of experience with Boeing (or similar industry) systems leveraged by Supply Chain Fulfillment organizations (ARES, ERPLN, KITs)

What You'll Do.

Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across more than one area in Fulfillment and Supply Chain

Develops and executes integrated organizational strategies

policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies

Acquires resources for organizational activities

provides technical and operational management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers

partners and direct reports through Seek

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches

products and processes to drive First Pass Quality/Safety of Product and People

develops and motivates employees and first-level managers for individual and team development

Assists with driving Boeing's Production System (BPS) transformation
