What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience developing large-scale frontend applications, Expertise in Javascript, React, TypeScript, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.), understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimisation, and accessibility, Experience building shared frameworks, design systems, or developer tooling, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance trade-offs in browser environments

Nice to Have

Interest or experience in integrating AI capabilities into user experiences
