What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems, Deep expertise in Angular and Typescript, Proficiency in RxJS operators to define asynchronous data streams and optimize system performance, Experience working in high-availability, high-throughput environments, Strong ownership mindset: you care about reliability, performance, and maintainability, Comfortable participating in architectural discussions and challenging decisions, Professional Spanish / English level
Nice to Have
Experience with Docker and advanced CI/CD pipelines, Experience integrating AI-driven workflows or designing systems that enable ML/AI consumption, Familiarity with backend frameworks (Spring, Java), Experience with observability platforms and performance monitoring, Passion for mentoring and tech-community talks
What You'll Do.
creating the UI for a brand-new product suite
tackle the architectural challenge of scalability and reusability
build generative interfaces
implement streaming responses
generative UI components
and chat-based interactions
apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to the frontend
own features end-to-end: from architectural decisions and implementation to tests
and post-launch optimisation
Ship complex applications in Angular
leveraging Tailwind for styling and server components for efficiency
Design & Implement AI Features
Create seamless AI-powered experiences (agents
integrating tool-use patterns and streaming UI
continuously profile and tune
and re-rendering costs
Partner with our UI/UX team to implement and evolve our Design System
maintain high confidence in deployments using Playwright for E2E and Jest/Vitest for unit testing
Leverage AI tooling (e. g. GitHub Copilot
Claude) to accelerate development and share best practices with the team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, backend engineers (Java/Spring), and DevOps to deliver production-ready features continuously.; Collaborate on Design: Partner with our UI/UX team to implement and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency across the new product suite.; share best practices with the team
