RESPONSIBILITIES Design and build scalable frontend frameworks, libraries, and tooling that serve as the foundation for all product teams. Define and drive frontend architecture standards across the organization, ensuring consistency, performance, and maintainability at scale. Create reusable component systems and design system integrations that enable teams to build high-quality UIs faster. Develop and maintain shared tooling (e. g. build systems, CLI tools, templates) that streamline development workflows and improve developer experience. Establish best practices for code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance across all frontend codebases. Partner with engineering teams to identify gaps, remove friction, and enable faster, more reliable frontend development.
