Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the design and development of modern, high-performance frontend applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and strong user experience. Take ownership of new feature development from concept through implementation, delivery, and iteration. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to gather requirements, contribute to technical design discussions, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Build responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces using modern frontend technologies. Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth interactions, and efficient rendering at scale. Maintain and enhance existing products through iterative improvements, bug fixes, and UX enhancements. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions to uphold engineering quality standards. Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end system functionality. Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement. Requirements 7+ years of experience in frontend development with strong exposure to production-grade web applications. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (JSX), HTML5, and CSS. Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend architecture patterns. Solid understanding of state management tools such as Redux and working with GraphQL APIs. Experience integrating frontend systems with Node.js-based services is a plus. Strong understanding of web performance optimization, debugging, and testing practices. Familiarity with build tools and bundlers such as Webpack or similar is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and efficient solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed global teams.
