As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be a founding member of the team responsible for migrating our digital ecosystem from a monolithic Drupal architecture to a modern, Headless CMS environment. You will play a critical role in building a scalable Next.js frontend, architecting a centralized Design System, and integrating with a Headless CMS. Your focus will be on creating a high-performance, type-safe, and themeable architecture that can be reused across multiple client brands, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining the highest standards of code quality and user experience. **Requirements** **React** : Strong professional experience with React, with deep expertise in React, with a strong understanding of hooks, context, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand). **TypeScript Proficiency** : Advanced knowledge of TypeScript to ensure codebase maintainability and minimize regressions in a multi-site environment. **Modern CSS** : Expert-level experience with CSS-in-JS or utility-first frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, Bulma, etc.) with a focus on Design Tokens and Theming. **Design Implementation** : Ability to translate Figma designs into reusable, accessible, and themeable UI
