Full Job Description

You will serve as a senior key person within our Front Arena team, responsible for implementing new structured products across the value chain from front office (Sales & Trading) to mid-office functions, ensuring accurate product representation and comprehensive lifecycle management. ## **YOUR CHALLENGE** * Customise and extend the Front Arena platform to deliver new risk and valuation capabilities * Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems * Ensure end-to-end ownership of critical services, guaranteeing high availability and minimal production downtime * Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems (pricing, market data, risk engines) * Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently * Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with architectural standards * Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience * Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework * Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements ## **YOUR PROFILE** * **10 + years of experience in Front Arena roles supporting trading, mid-office, valuation, and risk** * **8 + years of hands-on development with Front Arena AEL, ACM, and ADFL (all three required)** * Solid understanding of**capital markets** , particularly structured products and equity derivatives * In-depth knowledge of **financial product lifecycles** (e.g., cash flows, corporate actions, expiries) * Practical experience with **Front Arena data models, workflows, and component interactions** * Ex
