SUMMARY: This role is a key asset in the future growth of the company. The Senior FP conduct monthly variance analysis of actual results against plan and forecast, providing the CFO and CEO with timely, insightful commentary on operating performance. Prepare the monthly reporting package (MD MBA or CPA highly preferred. 10+ years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, or 5+ years as a Manager of FP experience in multi-unit, multi-state, high-growth, closely held companies preferred. Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements; internal audit or controls and compliance experience is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience data mining across multiple platforms. Power BI development experience: designing, building, and maintaining custom dashboards and reports from scratch. Adaptive Planning experience: building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and planning models within Workday Adaptive Planning (or comparable EPM platform). Systems-inclined, with a curiosity for leveraging technology to work more efficiently. Highly organized with the highest standards of accuracy and precision; strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement solutions. Track record of building scalable FP passionate, fast-moving, celebratory, growth-minded, courageous, tenacious, and results-motivated.
