Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accountability to financial plans. Evaluate new investment opportunities and confidently challenge assumptions or say “no” to bad investments. Partner with business leaders to raise the bar on financial planning and ensure discipline in resource allocation. Create, document, and improve processes to scale financial planning and analysis across the organization. Drive impact by solving complex problems with intellectual curiosity, resilience, and a hands-on approach. Key Competencies Strong background in financial modeling and valuation; ability to build new models from scratch. Familiarity with DCF valuation and/or cohort-based modeling. Proven ability to quickly understand new businesses or units and translate them into predictive KPIs. Proficiency in SQL is a must; ability to retrieve and analyze data from Snowflake.
