Must Have
3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Nice to Have
working towards professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA), preferably in a multinational or regional context, Experience with planning tools (e.g., Hyperion), data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI)
What You'll Do.
consolidation and analysis of financial data from the C&EE region
supporting monthly forecast cycles
providing actionable insights to senior leadership
and validation of financial inputs from C&EE countries during monthly forecast cycles
Coordinate the submission of key planning templates
Analyze variances between actuals
and provide commentary on key business drivers
Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning
and long-range planning
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for regional FP&A / Commercial leadership
Collaborate with country finance teams and business leaders to understand local market dynamics and ensure alignment with regional objectives
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and decision support
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy
Support the implementation and optimization of FP&A tools and systems
Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies
and internal controls
Support internal and external audit requirements as needed
