What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-6 years of experience in a high-intensity analytical environment, FP&A and commercial finance foundation with experience supporting business performance through financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis
Nice to Have
Backgrounds in Investment Banking, high-growth companies or similar are highly valued, Experience within D2C, B2C, consumer, subscription, or high-growth commercial environments is strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
analyze the marginal return on spend across multi-channel funnels
Maintain and scale complex
driver-based financial models
bridge the gap between high-level P&L targets and granular operational data
Integrate AI and automation to accelerate reporting cycles and predictive forecasting
Deconstruct LTV/CAC ratios

Build "stress-test" models to evaluate the impact of supply chain shifts

Act as a financial co-pilot for the Marketing and Operations teams

Advanced Financial Architecture: Maintain and scale complex, driver-based financial models. You’ll be expected to bridge the gap between high-level P&L targets and granular operational data.
