Lead development of annual operating plan

Own financial models for strategic initiatives
Drive variance analysis with insights
Translate financial data into recommendations
Create AME and Global Bridges
Develop executive-level dashboards
Maintain financial presentations for reporting
Coordinate with Bosch Group Controlling team
Identify improvements to FP&A processes
Drive improvements to FP&A tools
Drive improvements to automation capabilities
Champion data governance
Champion financial integrity
