Experience with AI Agents, Experience with enterprise AI adoption, Experience delivering cutting-edge technology into complex environments, Experience with end-to-end deployment projects from an engineering perspective, Experience engineering integrations across systems and APIs, Experience building, debugging, and architecting solutions directly in the field with partners, Experience in a consultative, partner-facing role, Experience at the intersection of Solution Engineering, architecture, consulting, and hands-on engineering, Experience working closely with partners and their customers to design, shape, guide, and build AI Agent implementations, Experience enabling partners to independently execute over time, Experience with enterprise-grade requirements for performance, reliability, and security, Experience building custom extensions, integrations, and configurations, Experience with GDPR, Experience with ISO compliance, Experience with ISO 27001

Familiarity with Parloa's platform, Knowledge of capabilities, limitations, trade-offs, and best practice AI Agent architectures
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end deployment projects from an engineering perspective
Adapt architecture to enterprise realities
Engineer integrations across systems and APIs
and architect solutions directly in the field with partners
Co-lead deployment engineering projects
Co-lead the technical execution and design of Parloa’s deployments inside large
complex enterprise environments alongside our partners
Educate and enable partners on what’s possible with Parloa’s platform
Architect deployment solutions that meet enterprise-grade requirements for performance
Build custom extensions
and configurations to close product gaps and meet enterprise partner requirements
Design AI Agent implementations
Shape AI Agent implementations
Guide AI Agent implementations
Build AI Agent implementations
Ensure successful outcomes
Enable partners to independently execute over time
