D) experience in NPD/Formulation development, History of successful drug formulation/product development to launch, Ability to apply scientific principles and techniques, Demonstrate proficiency to connect consumer needs to product development, Deep Knowledge of R&D development processes, Good understanding of Regulatory requirements, Clear communicator in oral and written form, Proven demonstration to take initiative, Proven demonstration to think and work independently, Proven demonstration to problem-solve, Proven demonstration to work effectively in teams, Proven demonstration to multitask, Ability to organize and report study data, Understanding of statistics and its application

The Senior Formulation Development Scientist leads new product development by developing formulations and/or providing analysis and evaluation of material and products at all stages of the development process, considering scientific and timing objectives. This individual would have various levels of involvement and leadership in the development of conventional and non-conventional topical formulations (semi-solid, liquid) to meet China OTC market business needs.
