What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Engineering or Science, Minimum 20 years of experience, Master of Science degree with 18 years of experience, Doctorate with 16 years of experience, Active security clearance
Nice to Have
Program Management certification, Working knowledge of the defense acquisition process, budget, and timeline of various countries, Knowledge of Patriot Air Defense and HAWK/HAWK XXI Air Defense along with International Air Defense systems, Experience working with the NASAMS team, the Program Office, and other US government stakeholders
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end management of foreign partner programs
Ensure seamless execution and alignment with U.S. Army objectives
Support the National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) team
Assess NASAMS FMS customer requests for requirements
Implement Cross Domain Solutions
Implement unique data links
Implement A interfaces
Implement voice communication devices
Ensure USG and FMS partner data protection
Provide risk assessments
Provide technical feasibility assessments
Provide insights into cost estimate reasonableness
Engage with international customers
Align NASAMS capability
Participate in System Requirements Reviews
Participate in Preliminary Design Reviews
Participate in Critical Design Reviews
Technically manage suppliers
Engage with customers
Support programmatic issues
Support technical issues
Evaluate OEM and supplier proposals
Identify opportunities
Support FMS case development
Support program execution

Team & Collaboration
Work with the Prime Contractor; Engage with international customers; Engage with customers; Support and represent programmatic and technical issues; Work with the NASAMS team; Work with the Program Office; Work with other US government stakeholders
