Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required), 3+ years of experience leading or conducting complex flight testing in an integrated test team environment, 3+ years of experience in systems integration with systems engineering processes and procedures, 3+ years of experience applying Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs) to include project planning / scheduling and applying Earned Value Management (EVM)

Nice to Have

Experience with on-aircraft ground tests and flight tests, Experience supporting aircraft or major system systems such as avionics, flight controls, propulsion, structures, environmental systems, or mission systems, Control Account Manager certification, Experience with system assembly, integration & test, including requirements traceability culminating in requirements validation & verification, Hands-on experience with test planning and execution, including test procedures, test cards, risk assessments, and real-time test support, Knowledge of aircraft certification and regulatory processes, including familiarity with FAA, military, or customer certification requirements e, g. , FAA, USAF, EASA), Current FAA Class III medical certificate or the ability to obtain one
