What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of relevant experience in controlling, financial reporting, or finance operations, Degree/ Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, experience in financial accounting, management reporting, and controlling, Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Advanced MS Excel skills and MS Office proficiency, Hands‑on experience with ERP systems
Nice to Have
preferably within Shared Service environment, ACCA / CIMA / CPA (completed or in progress) is an advantage, Advanced knowledge of SAP, Analysis for Office, and/or Power BI is an advantage, Experience in process improvements is highly desirable
What You'll Do.
Deliver full‑scope management and financial reporting
including standardized and ad‑hoc reports
and deep‑dive analysis to support cluster
and corporate stakeholders.
Take full ownership of Budget and Rolling Forecast (RFC) activities within scope
in line with controlling guidelines.
Ensure high data quality
and consistency across all reporting
proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
Initiate and develop new reports
and reporting enhancements in response to evolving business needs.
Support monthly reporting cycles
including MEC verification and audit activities as required.
Drive and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
including process optimization and documentation updates (DTP).
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with local cluster, corporate, and functional controllers, providing interpretation of figures and actionable insights.; Act as a senior team contributor, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and backup support within the GBS / Controlling team
