What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics or similar, 3+ years in controlling, accounting, audit or similar field, Proficiency in English, Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel), General understanding of ERP systems
Nice to Have
Accounting specialization, ACCA certificate or started ACCA studies
What You'll Do.
Ensure accurate and timely management accounting and reporting
Manage operational issues
Resolve management reporting discrepancies
Quality review of other employee work
Develop and automate management reporting processes
Drive best practice and process consistency
Analyze and interpret financial performance vs budget
Ensure close dialogue with Business unit
Ensure compliance of internal controls
Participate in improvement projects

Ensure close dialogue with Business unit and various stakeholders in Europe and North America
Communication Scope
Proven ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a simple, meaningful fashion
Process & Methodology
Participate in challenging improvement projects
